Extension with optional monetisation does not pass review… Why?

Hi,

My Extensions is https://mzl.la/2dRAOrU

I’ve uploaded new version with minor fixes on 1.0.0.6 August 4, 2017
However, that time, it did not pass review.
Reason by reviewer:
“Addon is changing the new Tab which is not related to addon’s function”

I’m doing monetization according this guide:

New-tab is an opt-in monetization

My reviewer advises to discuss this issue here.

Please, help to resolve this issue.
