Print Edit WE: Losing all webpage formatting when printing

Trying to use the new Print Edit WE, it is losing all the webpage formatting and images on the page.
For comparison, here are two images of the same web page, one made using the old Print Edit 18.3 and one with the new Print Edit WE 19.4. I have tried with the ‘Web Pages’ button both enabled and disabled; results are the same either way.
