Request for review status – Firefox extension update pending since November 2025

Dear Mozilla Add-ons Review Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I am writing to request information about the review status of updates submitted for my Firefox extension “Soluções Integradas para JT”, available at:
https://addons.mozilla.org/pt-BR/firefox/addon/solucoes-integradas-para-jt/

The extension UUID is: {ea5f2334-25fd-4a57-ad5f-4d39602d9b39}.

Since November 2025, the updates I submitted have remained pending review and have not yet been approved or rejected. Because of this delay, users are unable to receive important fixes and improvements that were implemented in the newer versions.

I completely understand that the review team may experience high workloads, but I would greatly appreciate any information regarding the current status of the review or whether there is any issue with the submitted updates that requires my attention.

If any additional information or action is required from my side to facilitate the review process, please let me know and I will be happy to provide it.

Hi @SisenandoCalixto, and I am really sorry for that experience. This is not what we want our developers to go through!

I had the opportunity to connect with our reviewers, who confirmed an edge case with your add-on. Our review queue works on a first-come, first-served basis meaning that if you submit a version now, it’s gonna go to the end of the queue. The Add-on will start climbing through the queue as reviewers review and more people submit new Add-ons. But if you submit a new version to review, then it will go back to the end of the queue.

And that’s exactly what happened in your case: because there were a lot of versions submitted almost daily, the review was always going to the end of the queue, which is why we didn’t review it for so long.

I am really sorry about that. Thanks for reaching out; your message helped us catch that edge case. Rest assured, moving forward, we will review your add-on while we improve our processes to catch edge cases like this.
