Upgraded Firefox Add-on version is Not Automatically Syncing in Firefox browser when same Add-on previous version is already added in Firefox.

Automatic Add-on upgrade from Version-1 to Version-2 is Not working.

Even on following below steps mentioned in Mozilla Support site, Upgraded Firefox add-on is Not Automatically Syncing to any of the users Firefox browser.

Please provide resolution for this issue.
