Just as in title - if I want to post sth/browse in this category, I have to come here via link; I cannot see it in categories list. Why?
The category is not hidden.
So why I cannot see it on index?

You’re referring to the “improved” hamburger menu. If you go to “more” / the Categories list page, or “home” - “all categories” drop down, you can get to individual categories.

Many thanks but this does not solbe my problem…
@developer11 can I please enquire what you mean by “categories list”. Maybe you can tell us the steps you take to take in which you expect to see the categories?
In the attached screenshot you can see I all the categories, inlcuding this Mozillians one. Any category you can see in that view should be accessible once you’ve signed in to participate.
