Add-On Removed and account Banned after automatic approval - ID: 2935373

Hi Mozilla Team,

I am writing to appeal the sudden ban of my developer account.

My extension (ID: 2935373, version 1.8.0b) was recently approved via automatic screening (Ref: Addon#2935373). However, shortly after, my account was banned and I can no longer access the developer dashboard, receiving the error: {"detail": "You do not have permission to perform this action."}.

I would like to clarify that this extension is intended for internal organizational use only and not for public distribution. As a network analyst, I am developing this tool for specific internal workflows. It’s possible that the automated security system flagged it as a public submission by mistake. If there is a specific configuration or “unlisted” status I need to adjust to ensure it remains internal, I am happy to do so—but currently, I am locked out of the dashboard.

Could you please investigate why the account was flagged and help me restore access so I can ensure the extension is correctly configured for internal use?

Thank you for your assistance.

Best regards,

Rafael Colete

Hi Rafel, thank you so much for the report, and apologies for that!
