I just only found this list and it is awesome. What is strange for me it is the fact, that this list is not mentioned nor in guidelines neither on “about page”. It is strange, because I think it can be useful for organizing/growing of language communities, but most people don’t check GitHub by default, because it is associated with programmers. So it can be useful to put these links to local communities in translations of these pages or at least put this link to “COMMUNITIES.md” list itself. Because now it is difficult to find this list. I have found it randomly through some other Belarus project, where this link was mentioned.
