FF crashes on BSD. How can I help?

User reports a crash on BSD and crash reporter has been removed there. How can I help this user?
On GNU/Linux I would have asked to download an official build. I cannot find one for BSD.

Hi Andrei,

Please send all users looking for support to http://support.mozilla.org/ - we have a Knowledge Base and a Community Support Forum to help them out.

Thanks!

It’s 2018 and people do not like to sign up for accounts. Twitter IS the support platform for most companies these days.

Here is the tweet if you want to reply https://twitter.com/FreeBSDHelp/status/1074499614693195778

I see one of our Social Support contributors is already on it.

It is 2018 and self-support still means finding the right resource and using it to solve one’s problem. Sometimes it means signing up for an account.

That account is mine. I am Random FF User.

Let’s see now if the user signs up for SUMO.

 Thank you for being there for the users!

Fingers crossed for the user getting an account.

I try to help and when I get stuck I ask here or on IRC. On IRC I’m dreian.

I don’t reply with @firefox since I need the Reply app on my phone and I don’t have google apps on my phone. I think it needs GCM.
