I want to activate my sync, but it asks for a code to an email that I do not have access

Hi good day.
I would like to know if I can somehow access my Sync, since I format the pc.
I put the email and the password (which I remember perfectly), and it asks me for a code that it sends me to an email, which I no longer have access to (and in my sync are the password for that email).
Is there a way to communicate with Firefox support, since as I said I remember the password?
