Plus emails take 5 minutes to arrive so it’s too easy to be doing something else and miss the timeslot.
And I’ve gone round in circles trying to get help - I don’t want a Firefox account (or whatever account I’ve just signed up to) to resolve a Thunderbird problem.
And latest upgrade to TB102 has disappeared my Sent folder, my Templates folder and too many of my Local folders. How can I get back to normality?

Loging on is sometimes impossible. Please check your logs. I have to go through 5 times sending a SS logon message before it arrived in my mailbox.

It doesn’t help if I get a response after a couple of days.
