Listed version pending review since 3 July

Hi,

I’m posting here because amo-admins@mozilla.com is deprecated and auto-replies pointing to this forum, so this seems to be the right place.

Add-on: RoGold Ultimate
Listing: RoGold Ultimate - The Roblox Suite – Get this Extension for 🦊 Firefox (en-US)
Developer account: Alrovi ApS
Pending version: 1.20.2, submitted 3 July 2026, status “Awaiting Review” (0 errors, 27 warnings)
Currently live version: 1.15.1, approved 21 January 2026

Source code was uploaded with the submission as required, since the extension ships a bundled build.

The impact of the delay is significant:

  1. Our Firefox users are stuck on a build from January. Roblox has changed substantially since then and 1.15.1 is now largely non-functional against the current site. These are paying subscribers, and we cannot ship them a fix.

  2. Because 1.20.2 is still pending, we are blocked from submitting anything newer. Our current build is 1.22, and AMO will not accept it while an earlier version sits in the queue. The delay is therefore compounding rather than simply postponing a release.

  3. There is no workaround available to us. We also tried the self-distributed channel, and that submission landed in the same manual review queue, so we have no way to reach our Firefox users with a working build.

I understand that submissions with attached source require manual review and that queue times vary. Six weeks with no reviewer contact is well beyond anything documented, and I would appreciate any information on where 1.20.2 stands or what is blocking it. If there is anything I can supply to make the review faster like clearer build instructions, or a summary of changes since 1.15.1. I will turn it around the same day.

Thank you for your time.

Best regards,
Alex

Hi Alex, and thanks for reaching out, and I am sorry for the long wait on this.

Six weeks is longer than we would want anyone to wait, and I understand the impact when the published version no longer works against the current site. We are working through a large influx of submissions, which has stretched manual review times. We wrote about what is happening and what we are doing about it here: Important update: Addressing the long manual review times ( Important update: Addressing the long manual review times ).

I have flagged 1.20.2 internally so the impact on your users is visible on the review side. I am not able to give you a date, and I am sorry about that.

Thank you!
