I’m reaching out to respectfully request an expedited review for my pending update, if possible.
My Firefox extension is usually auto-reviewed and approved within a few minutes, but it appears this submission has entered the manual review queue today.
Unfortunately, the current live version is experiencing a critical issue caused by a third-party service changing their API backend/endpoints. As a result, core functionality of the extension is currently disrupted for users.
This add-on serves 12,000+ daily users, and without this update the issue may continue impacting them for an extended period of time. This is also causing a loss of revenue unfortunately.
I completely understand review queues and policies, and I appreciate the work your team does. I simply wanted to ask whether this submission could be prioritized if feasible given the active user impact.
Hi Chris, just checking in regarding the pending review for UUID: support@roearn.io. It has now been 2 days since your last update, and the current live version is still affected by the third-party API issue, impacting users and withdrawals. If there’s any update on the review status or anything else needed from my side, I’d really appreciate it. Thank you again for forwarding this to the team.
Hi @RoEarn and thanks for reaching out! I just checked and can confirm that your add-on was reviewed yesterday already! Please login to Developer Hub :: Add-ons for Firefox to check its status.
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!
Hi @RoEarn , apologies, I was off on Friday! I have forwarded your message to the team, along with the other message about removing your add-on from the website.
From what I have seen, the add-on was rejected when it was reviewed on April 29th. And it is out of the ordinary that you can’t see that in your profile. Please allow me some time to investigate with the rest of the team and take all the necessary steps to resolve that as quickly as possible.
