Hi all, new here, just wanted to do a personal project in my free time after graduating. I wanted to send it to some people unlisted to test it out, but after submitting it to Mozilla and getting it cleared, its still not appearing on my page. Anyone can let me know why this happens and help me figure it out?

If you want to download your approved addon and distribute it to your friends, you can download it from the “Manage Status & Versions” page:
Right click this link and select “Save links as…”.
Sadly, you can’t share the link with others as you need to be logged in to download it.
But the addon is signed so they will be able to install it by simply dragging it into Firefox.

So I would guess you’ve chosen wrong distribution option:
