Add-on forced disabled by review team and I wait forever. please review [link attached]

What happened?

I uploaded some version of my add-on ( On your own. ), and ever since I can’t update it, delete it, submit a new one instead

Delete/Disable column is missing the anchor to actually delete or disable it. I’d like to upload an updated version and I can’t.

After Validating -1.0.6.4-firefox.zip I get

Your add-on failed validation with 1 error.

Duplicate add-on ID found

my add-on is private, and images and icons are “Not Found” - “404 Not Found openresty”
