We have an active Pashto (ps) localization team in Mozilla Pontoon.
Pashto is already localized for Mozilla Common Voice and Mozilla Spontaneous Speech.
I have filed a Bugzilla request to enable Pashto (ps) localization for:
As the Pashto (ps) localization team manager, my team and I are ready to begin translation, review, and long-term maintenance.

Before starting to work on that, you should familiarize yourself with Firefox/Focus for Android and their release cycles (they are now available in Pontoon).
For the future, as a manager you request projects directly from Pontoon if they’re available (Firefox Desktop isn’t, and the explanation is in the link above): https://mozilla-l10n.github.io/localizer-documentation/tools/pontoon/teams_projects.html#requesting-a-project

I requested Firefox for Android and Focus for Android directly via Pontoon.
For Firefox Desktop, I will follow the process outlined in the linked discussion.
