Hi Reps,
One of the objectives of 2019 H2 OKRs of Rep program is,
By the end of 2019, Reps are feeling informed and are more confident to contribute to Mozilla initiatives
And we have one of the key results as,
10% of inactive Reps are getting reactivated via the campaigns
Which we would like to see more Reps come back from in-active status, joining campaigns, and helping other Mission-Driven-Mozillians contributing.
Here is my plan milestone to accomplish the KR,
Milestone 1: Get the numbers and list of inactive Reps
Milestone 2: Establish a bridge with the inactive Rep for the first time
Milestone 3: Reach to inactive Reps for first campaigns and check the numbers of re-active reps
Milestone 4: Get the final numbers
Milestone 5: Graduate the in-active rep to alumni if they want

Milestone 2: Establish bridge with the inactive Rep for the first time - 2 weeks / W3 of Sep
Milestone 3: Reach to inactive Reps for first campaigns and check the numbers of re-active - 2 weeks / W1 of Oct

- [x] Wait one week, check if they had update the profile
- [ ] Collect the bounced mail and re-send to their login mail (and ask them to udpate the personal file's email column)
- [ ] (Still inactive) Collect inactive rep’s telegram account to list
- [ ] Ping them to ask about receiving mail or not (and getting connect with them by IM)
### Milestone 3: Reach to inactive Reps for first campaigns and check the numbers of re-active
- [x] Draft the mail after any of the campaigns timeline reveal
- [ ] Share the mail to review during council meeting
- [x] Send the mail
### Milestone 4: Get the final numbers
- [ ] Check how many reps are no longer in-active from list
- [ ] Calculate the numbers
### Milestone 5: Graduate the in-active rep to alumni if they want
- [ ] Collect the list of in-active rep who want to graduate
- [ ] Move them to Alumni, send the certification

Yes, I will send email & tg message to check for current status, ask if they had any problem on portal or contributing after I got all those email into a list to run a bulk mail.

For those who don’t know discourse, telegram or other channels, we will remind them about those channels this time.
For those who don’t know what to do, we will need to share with them info like latest campaigns and event like Mozillian of the Month.
And for those who don’t reply, it already hard to keep them in loop and if they don’t report on portal either, they will eventually graduated to alumni.
